This privacy policy applies to the Timory app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Olga Klishevich (collectively, the "Application"). Olga Klishevich is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
All face recognition processing happens entirely on your device. No facial data, photos, or biometric identifiers are ever transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
The Application uses on-device face recognition technology to detect and group faces in your photo library and to create personalized timeline videos. Specifically:
No Biometric Data Collected. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under applicable law, including facial geometry or face recognition templates. All such data remains exclusively on your device and under your control.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at support@byklishevich.com.
Note on on-device data: Face recognition data, person groupings, and timeline videos exist only on your device. The Service Provider has no access to this data and therefore cannot fulfill deletion requests for data it does not hold. To delete this data, use the in-app deletion options or uninstall the Application.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at support@byklishevich.com.
Please note: face recognition data processed entirely on-device is not collected by the Service Provider and therefore falls outside the scope of CCPA/CPRA requests directed to the Service Provider.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.
Face and photo data is never shared. Facial recognition data, person groupings, photos, and timeline videos are processed exclusively on your device and are never shared with the Service Provider or any third party.
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms:

The Service Provider cannot disclose face recognition data, person groupings, photos, or timeline videos in response to legal process because it does not have access to this data — it remains solely on your device.
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
On-device face recognition data and person groupings can be deleted at any time using the in-app options, or will be removed when the Application is uninstalled.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, contact the Service Provider at support@byklishevich.com.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
On-device data, including face recognition data, person groupings, and timeline videos, is protected by your device's own security features (e.g., device encryption and passcode protection). The Service Provider does not have access to this data and therefore cannot apply its own security measures to it.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.
Because face recognition data, person groupings, and timeline videos are stored exclusively on your device, they are not subject to server-side data breaches.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action, including granting photo library access required for face recognition features. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
